- What stack do you build websites on?
Plan sites are fully bespoke: React and Next.js with our own CMS. We do not build them on WordPress, OpenCart, Magento or another off-the-shelf platform. Some older sites in the portfolio were built that way; new work on these plans is not.
- Do you use AI to write the site?
Yes. The site is designed and themed with AI tools, then our engineers review and ship it. You are not buying an unreviewed generated site.
- Is hosting included?
Yes. The monthly fee includes hosting on our Kubernetes infrastructure, website monitoring, CDN configuration and daily backups, including the database.
- What do I pay, and what is extra?
Each plan has a one-off build cost and a monthly fee, which includes VAT. Imports, data entry and content population are not included — those are charged at £30/hour + VAT.
- How long does a typical website take?
A micro site is usually weeks, not months. E-commerce takes longer because of payments, products and the catalogue. We confirm the timeline when you choose a plan.
- What happens after launch?
The monthly fee covers ongoing maintenance and fixes, monthly core updates, monitoring, backups and email and phone support, with a 48-hour response time.
