Yes, we offer emergency support for website issues. Response times vary based on your maintenance plan, with our Enterprise plan offering the fastest response times. All emergency requests are prioritized to minimize downtime.
- What is NOT included in the website maintenance plans?
While our maintenance plans are comprehensive, they do not include:
- Complete website redesigns
- Major feature development
- Creation of new content like blog posts or product descriptions
- Custom integrations or plugins
- SEO services
- Email setup and configuration
- Domain name registration or transfer
- Hosting setup or migration
- Security audits or vulnerability assessments
- Any other services that are not listed in the plan details
These services can be added separately or included in our Enterprise plan with custom scope.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your maintenance plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing your plan.
- Do you offer a month-to-month option or is a long-term contract required?
We offer both month-to-month and annual billing options. Annual plans come with a discount compared to monthly billing. There's no long-term contract requirement, and you can cancel your service at any time.
- Will you work with my web hosting provider?
Yes, we can work with most web hosting providers. If your current hosting is causing issues with your website, we may recommend migrating to a more reliable host. We can assist with the migration process if needed.
- How do I request changes to my website?
You can request changes through our client portal, by email, or by phone. Each maintenance plan includes a certain number of change requests per month, with additional requests billed at our standard hourly rate.
