1Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of search engine optimization (SEO) services ("Services") by Broadbent Group Ltd ("We", "Us", "Our" or "Company") to you ("Client", "You" or "Your"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The specific services included in your SEO plan will be set out in your SEO agreement or service plan.
3Service Deliverables
Typical deliverables may include:

- Analytics and performance data
Reports will be provided on a regular basis (typically monthly) as specified in your SEO agreement.
4Reporting and Analytics
We will provide regular reports on SEO performance, including:
- Keyword rankings and changes
- Organic traffic metrics
- Conversion data (if available)
- Backlink acquisition and quality
- Technical SEO issues and resolutions
- Competitive analysis
Reports will be delivered via email or through a client portal, as specified in your agreement. You will have access to analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) as appropriate.
5Timeline and Expectations
SEO is a long-term process, and results typically take time to materialize. Important points to understand:
- Initial improvements may be visible within 3-6 months
- Significant ranking improvements often take 6-12 months or longer
- Results depend on many factors beyond our control (competition, algorithm changes, industry trends)
- Ongoing effort is required to maintain and improve rankings
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
We will work diligently to improve your SEO performance, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.
6Guarantees and Limitations
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee:
- Specific keyword rankings or positions
- Specific levels of organic traffic
- Specific conversion rates or business outcomes
- Results within a specific timeframe
- That your website will rank above competitors
Factors Beyond Our Control: SEO results are influenced by many factors, including:
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Competitor actions and strategies
- Industry trends and market conditions
- Your website's content quality and relevance
- User behavior and engagement metrics
- Technical issues with hosting or third-party services
- Changes you make to your website
7Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide necessary access to your website, analytics, and search console accounts
- Implement recommended changes in a timely manner (or allow us to implement them)
- Provide quality content as recommended
- Not engage in practices that could harm your SEO (e.g., buying links, keyword stuffing)
- Notify us of any major changes to your website
- Make timely payments
- Collaborate on content creation and optimization when needed
Delays in implementing recommendations or providing necessary access may impact SEO results.
8Payment Terms
SEO services are typically billed on a monthly basis, as specified in your SEO agreement. Payment is due in advance for each month of service.
Additional work beyond the scope of your SEO plan (e.g., extensive content creation, major technical overhauls) will be billed separately at our standard rates or as agreed upon.
Late payments may result in suspension of services or termination of the agreement.
9Ethical SEO Practices
We commit to using only ethical, white-hat SEO practices that comply with search engine guidelines. We will not:
- Engage in link buying or link farms
- Use keyword stuffing or other manipulative techniques
- Create duplicate or low-quality content
- Use cloaking or hidden text
- Engage in any practices that violate search engine guidelines
If you request or engage in practices that we consider unethical or potentially harmful, we reserve the right to refuse such work or terminate the agreement.
10Cancellation Terms
Either party may cancel the SEO agreement with written notice. Cancellation terms:
- Minimum commitment periods may apply (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months)
- Early cancellation may incur fees as specified in your agreement
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods unless required by law
- Upon cancellation, you will no longer receive SEO services
SEO results may decline after cancellation if ongoing optimization is not maintained.
11Data and Privacy
We may need access to your website analytics, search console data, and other tools to provide SEO services. This access is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We will use this data only for the purpose of providing SEO services and will maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
12EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have additional rights:
- Right of Withdrawal: For ongoing service contracts, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, subject to payment for services already provided.
- Service Quality: Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill and conform to the description provided.

13Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the SEO services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for SEO services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for:
- Loss of rankings or traffic due to search engine algorithm changes
- Negative impacts from actions taken by competitors
- Issues caused by changes you make to your website
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
